Careers
Careers at Farhelm
Farhelm is focused on a narrow problem: helping developers supervise many persistent terminal and AI-agent sessions without losing work to disconnects, sleep, or device changes.
We are not listing open roles right now.
What We Work On
The product sits at the intersection of Rails, tmux, ActionCable, xterm.js, mobile browser ergonomics, and agentic coding workflows. Work in this area tends to involve:
- Durable terminal session management
- Reliable browser reconnect and scrollback replay
- State detection for long-running command-line agents
- Single-tenant security and operational controls
- Fast mobile workflows for checking and steering sessions
- Clear UX for many projects, worktrees, and concurrent processes
Open Roles
There are no open positions at this time. This page stays public so candidates, collaborators, and future contributors can understand the work before reaching out.
Future Fit
The strongest fit is someone who has lived inside tmux, SSH, Rails apps, long-running test suites, and coding-agent loops, and who cares about small reliability details that decide whether a remote terminal feels trustworthy.
Contact
