3. Terminal Content and Secrets
Farhelm is built for developer workflows, which may include sensitive repositories, command output, environment variables, tokens, or credentials. You are responsible for what you type, paste, upload, display, or run through your terminal sessions.
Do not send secrets or sensitive third-party data to support unless we have agreed on a secure transfer method.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers that help us operate hosting, email, billing, analytics, security, or support workflows
- Payment processors for subscription and billing management
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
5. Retention
We keep account, billing, support, and application records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and operate backups. Terminal session records may remain until you delete them or until retention controls remove them.
